摘要
Healthcare is constantly evolving as the quality of life improves and life-saving technologies evolve. Nowadays, big data is considered as one of the most important and promising areas of future technologies that have been attracting the attention of the medical community. Among them, wearable devices are becoming increasingly popular as they become more convenient and intelligent. While bringing profound changes to the society, they also result in the generation of data on people's behaviour from time to time. However, not everyone is aware of or correctly perceives the privacy risks posed by wearable devices, and there are still challenges regarding privacy and privacy protection paths for wearable devices. Therefore, this paper focuses on the research progress of data security and privacy protection of wearable devices in the context of medical and healthcare big data, aiming to provide practical guidance and theoretical basis for the research of issues such as data security and privacy protection of wearable devices and their real-world applications.
