摘要
A small footprint silicon photonic (SiPh) carrier-suppressed IQ modulator is realized using a 3-arm structure. The tunable carrier allows for coherent detection and Kramers-Kronig (KK) detection to be integrated for multi-lane compact coherent transceivers.
