摘要
Non -return valve is a common component in refrigeration system, it ' s called non -return valve integrated (NRVI) when it is assembled at the discharge port of compressor. NRVI works in a very complicated environment, including high temperature, high pressure, discharge pulse, gas - liquid two phases, etc. This paper focuses on the performance impact to compressor by NRVI related factors, including the housing internal flow distribution, valve head geometry, variable refrigerants and working conditions, compressor models and power frequency, spring stiffness and opening rate etc. CFD method is used to simulate different situations, finally we got the conclusion of compressor performance impact from NRVI, the optimization design suggestions were given too.
