摘要
This study investigates the influence of a built-in steel plate on the anti -overturning performance of a composite wall comprising cold -formed thin -walled steel (CFS) and a paper straw board (PSB). The load -strain relationships were analyzed based on experimental data. A finite element analysis (FEA) model was developed using ANSYS software, which treated the PSB as an orthotropic material in its elastic stage and accounted for potential relative slip between the PSB and the steel column. The model ' s accuracy was validated by comparing FEA results with experimental data, establishing its effectiveness in predicting the seismic performance of the wall. Parameter analysis focused on variables such as the dimensions of the C -shaped steel section, keel column spacing, peripheral self -tapping screw spacing, steel plate thickness, and wall width. Optimal design parameters were identified, with a steel plate thickness of 0.6 mm to 0.8 mm and steel column spacing of 400 mm to 600 mm, adhering to a design principle emphasizing a strong side column and a weaker steel plate for best structural performance. Additionally, the shear flow calculation method was used to derive a shear capacity calculation formula for the composite wall, providing a reliable reference for engineering design.
