摘要
The ultra-low ripple high voltage power supply is widely used in scientific experiments and power grid high voltage measurements. The conventional high voltage DC (HVDC) power supply adopts hard switching inverter with voltage multiplier to generate DC high voltage. The presence of parasitic parameters and switching loss make it difficult to improve the switching frequency of the system. Hard switches also bring a lot of noise. Therefore, a resonant structure is proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that the ripple of the resonant converter is fifty percent smaller than that of the traditional hard-switching converter. The resonant soft switch also significantly reduces the switching noise. Then an interleaved multi-module input-parallel output-series (IPOS) LCC resonant structure is employed, which attains a higher voltage, concurrently reducing the voltage ripple. A fifteen hundred volts, three hundred watts prototype is designed and evaluated. The findings show that compared to a single module, the ripple rate has been reduced to thirty percent of the original size, the frequency becomes three times the original, while the voltage has tripled.
