摘要：
Am 26. M & auml;rz 2024 trat das Gesundheitsdatennutzungsgesetz (GDNG) in Kraft. Drei Fachgesellschaften, die Deutsche Interdisziplin & auml;re Vereinigung f & uuml;r Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin (DIVI), die TMF - Technologie und Methodenplattform f & uuml;r die vernetzte medizinische Forschung und die Deutsche Gesellschaft f & uuml;r Medizinische Informatik, Biometrie und Epidemiologie (GMDS), haben Handlungsempfehlungen f & uuml;r den Umgang mit dem GDNG in der intensiv- und notfallmedizinischen Forschung publiziert. ,,Wir erleben einen Kulturwechsel von der Verhinderung unerlaubter Datennutzung hin zu Transparenz und Kontrolle", sind sich die Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der interdisziplin & auml;ren und interprofessionellen Arbeitsgruppe einig.
