摘要
Following the trend from 5G, 6G networks strive for improved delivery of advanced applications to users, by providing a single platform through convergence of different underlying services and technologies. However, 6G networks yet further emphasize human-centricity, leading to stronger requirements toward security and dependability. This requires advances notably in the control of these networks, as the integration of different physical networks and technologies can lead to brittle architectures. This paper overviews our research on achieving robust control for distributed software-defined networks, that is, network control planes which ensure consistent, secure, and dependable updates to routing configurations of distributed networks with practical performance.
