Women's Leadership and Participation in Global Politics

This document presents the participation of women in global politics and addresses how the prevailing vision of the paradigm between leadership and gender transcends. It asserts the existence of new leaderships encompassing crosscutting models, less upright and more empathetic. It analyses the intervention of women in high levels of global politics, through open-minded, collaborative, and less hierarchical leaderships. It describes feminization of political power and explores the legacy of Angela Merkel, Jacinda Ardern, Kamala Harris, and Sanna Marin.
