Museums, exhibition design and art laboratories as communication spaces: the menudo punto project

The study focuses on the role of museums and art centres as educational transmitters and communication spaces, where visitor interaction is fundamental. The general objective is to analyse the educational function of the installation (exhibition design) and the artistic laboratories (didactic proposals) derived from the book menudo punto . After analysing the interdisciplinary design of the book, focused on the explanation of mathematical concepts, the two-way communication between the work exhibited and its experimentation by the public is discovered. Finally, menudo punto is conceived as a project in continuous development, the germ of different didactic-artistic designs and implementations.
