摘要
This paper discusses Information centric foundational aspects for designing next generation Cyber-Human-Physical (CHP) frameworks for robotic activities. The domains of interest are robotics activities on the Moon and the other for Rehabilitation contexts. 3D Digital Twins hold the potential to serve as crucial links between 3 facets: cyber, human, and physical in both these process domains. These digital twins can be created using immersive virtual and mixed reality technologies and can become the basis for proposing various designs to facilitate collaborative study of target process activities. For the lunar mission, the role of advanced next generation robots will assume significance. Robots can be used for building habitats, for exploration as well as for other daily operations. Rehabilitation contexts pose a different context where disabled humans must work closely with collaborative robots (or cobots) in their work environments. 3D Digital twins can enable training of workers who have to wear prosthetic devices when they return to their work environments. Such virtual training can also enable studying potential modifications to the layout of the work area so to enable workers to be capable of accomplishing their existing or modified activities.
