摘要
Mobility as a Service (MaaS) is a new concept in transportation systems, that enables users to use different transport modalities, offered by different providers using an integrated information system on a smart phone. Researchers in the TRAIL Research School on Transport, Logistics and Infrastructure in the Netherlands are involved in research around MaaS concept since 2000. In this paper we present different developments of MaaS systems and different prototypes developed in the course of the time. Not only technical problems but also management, governance and psychological user concepts, hinder the implementation of a MaaS system. To illustrate the problems, we discuss the development of MaaS system for the Campus of Delft University of Technology. TU Delft should have a CO2 neutral campus by 2030. The implementation of the prototype and experiments are discussed in this paper.
