By employing a hybrid atomistic-continuum model, we can combine the advantages of atomic and continuum models. In this approach, resonance frequencies are matched to those obtained from the continuum model using the size effect and Young's modulus as fit parameters. Our proposed method examines how radius affects the elastic modulus, size effect parameters, and resonance frequency values of the graphyne family, taking into account both macro and nano-scale models. The non-local strain gradient model has been calibrated to achieve optimal error. In contrast, the error is highest when the non-local strain gradient effect is not considered in the continuum mechanics model.
