摘要
Doubly-fed wind turbines experience low-frequency oscillations because of tower shadow effect and wind shear, and when the damping of the doubly-fed wind turbine is negative, the unit is experiencing sub-synchronous oscillations, but the transient energy function is unable to accurately locate the source of the sub-synchronous oscillations, there is an urgent need for a new auxiliary criterion. Firstly, considering the tower shadow effect and wind shear, derive the energy flow power of each subsystem in the doubly-fed wind turbines. Then, based on the variation rule of the energy flow power with the input wind speed and damping, derive the equation for energy flow power change quantity of doubly-fed wind turbines. Eventually, running simulation models on PSCAD/EMTDC, verification of the validity of energy flow power change quantity on the sub-synchronous oscillation source localization of doubly-fed wind turbine.
