摘要
A millimeter-wave (mm-wave) dual-polarization end-fire dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) is presented in this paper. The dielectric resonator (DR) and its feeding circuits are integrated on a single substrate. Horizontal and vertical polarizations are achieved by generating in-phase and out-of-phase signals with two pairs of feeding strips, respectively. To obtain a wide overlapping bandwidth of the two polarizations, a U-shaped parasitic structure featuring two strips and a via is designed between the two feeding strips. The simulated results show an overlapping bandwidth of 5.58% (37.8-40 GHz) and an isolation level more than 16 dB.
