摘要
Bioimpedance is an invaluable tool in the medical and health field, used to evaluate various body parameters. The clinical implications and future prospects of this technology in optimizing care for patients with Diabetes Mellitus were explored. The study highlighted the use of bioimpedance to personalize dietary interventions and improve long-term clinical and metabolic outcomes. One of the main advantages of bioimpedance is its ability to provide rapid results without the need for invasive procedures. However, bioimpedance also has important limitations to consider. A comprehensive search was conducted in electronic databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, using search terms related to "bioimpedance," "body composition," "Diabetes Mellitus," and "nutritional management." Studies meeting predefined selection criteria, including clinical trials, observational studies, and systematic reviews, were included.
