摘要
A new Ti 9 Hf 39 Zr 4 Ni 30 Cu 9 Co 9 shape memory alloy was developed that underwent the two stages B2 <-> B19 ' martensitic transformation at ultra -high temperatures: M s = 419 degrees C, M f = 286 degrees C, A s = 447 degrees C, and A f = 562 degrees C. Thermal cycling in a range of 100 - 600 degrees C decreased the transformation temperature but did not suppress the transformation. The strain accumulation was found on cooling under stress and the strain recovery was observed on heating without stress. An increase in the stress acting on cooling from 140 MPa to 460 MPa increased the recoverable strain from 0.9 % to 3.5 %.
