摘要
In order to evaluate the wireless network optimization scheme more comprehensively and accurately, this paper starts from the scope of the impact of network optimization scheme and the importance of performance indicators. It extracts a comprehensive evaluation indicator system applicable to the evaluation of wireless network optimization schemes, including key network performance indicators of the optimization target, other performance indicators, and neighbor performance indicators. This article introduces the subjective and objective index weighting mechanism of C-OWA operator and coefficient of variation method, and integrate it into the improved TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model to achieve wireless cell performance degradation scientific evaluation of the rationality of the optimization scheme. To demonstrate the advantages of this method, the optimization scheme of 100 degraded cells in the existing network was evaluated and compared with experts and other evaluation methods. the experimental results showed that the optimization schemes evaluated through this method result in the least number of complaints in the optimized cell and its neighbors after optimization, which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the method in this article.
