摘要
This paper studied the preparation method of graphene carbon nanotube supercapacitor electrode material for new energy vehicles. By analyzing the characteristics of electrode materials graphene and carbon nanotubes, combined with the working principle of supercapacitors, we designed an effective preparation process based on Hummers method. First, high-quality graphene was synthesized by chemical vapour deposition and characterized to confirm its structure and properties. Then, carbon nanotubes were uniformly dispersed in a graphene matrix by solvothermal method to form graphene-carbon nanotubes composite material. The electrochemical properties of the composites were optimized by adjusting the preparation parameters. The experimental results showed that the electrode material of graphene carbon nanotube supercapacitor has excellent conductivity, high specific surface area and good cycle stability. The material also shows excellent rate performance and long cycle life, making it an ideal electrode material for supercapacitors in new energy vehicles. This study provides a potential new electrode material for the energy storage system of new energy vehicles.
