摘要
Lebensverk & uuml;rzende Erkrankungen bei Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen verbunden mit einer hohen Symptomlast sind selten. In aller Regel w & uuml;nschen sich betroffene Familien, im h & auml;uslichen Umfeld verbleiben zu k & ouml;nnen. Trotz der immer h & auml;ufigeren SAPV-Versorgung kann es bei fortgeschrittener Erkrankung oder in der Finalphase zu krisenhaften Ereignissen kommen, die not & auml;rztliche Eins & auml;tze ausl & ouml;sen. In diesen Situationen k & ouml;nnen die Erwartungen an das Notfallteam erheblich variieren.
