摘要
Nowadays, there is a need to expand the network of fast charging stations to promote the use of Electric Vehicles (EVs). Fast charging stations are considered mobile loads, different from conventional electrical loads. This brings problems in electricity distribution systems. In addition, there will be problems due to short circuits that occur for any reason in the networks to which EVs are connected. Considering the concerns about what these problems may be and how they may be reflected on the grid, it is inevitable to examine the possible short circuit effects. In this study, in the pilot region of Istanbul/Vanikoy, HV/LV distribution feeder and substation in the region were selected using the distribution company infrastructure. The possible phase-to-ground fault in a LV distribution network with one-phase and three-phase Electric Vehicle Fast Charging Stations (EVFCS) is analyzed in the MATLAB/Simulink program.
