摘要：
Bei thoraxchirurgischen Eingriffen zur Lungenresektion kommt standardm & auml;ss ig eine lungenschonende Beatmung - Lung Protective Ventilation (LPV) - zum Einsatz. Mit Blick auf die postoperativen Komplikationen wollten Ferrando et al. pr & uuml;fen, ob betroffene Patient*innen im Vergleich dazu von einer individualisierten Beatmungsstrategie zur Ein-Lungen-Ventilation profitieren k & ouml;nnten, und haben eine randomisierte kontrollierte Studie zum Thema initiiert.
