Investigations on the link between Entrepreneurship and Religion establish important reflections in the academic and business environment. By considering this thematic relationship, this study presents the case of Pastoral do Empreendedor. This pastoral belongs to the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church and its purpose is to welcome and create favorable environments for the training of entrepreneurs, to stimulate reflection and sharing on the Word of God and Christian ethics and, thus, to foster spirituality to face the situations of the everyday business environment. This research was carried out based on a bibliographic survey and aims to carry out an analysis on the emergence and performance of the Pastoral do Empreendedor and the existing relations between Religion and Entrepreneurship.
