摘要
The tourism sector has been impacted due to new technological innovations. Cryptocurrencies, for example, defined as a virtual currency, more commonly known in the world as the currency Bitcoin, have become an alternative payment method for tourists who are beginning to discover that they offer various opportunities. However, there is still a lack of knowledge about the factors and mechanisms that affect tourists' inclination to adopt cryptocurrencies for travelrelated consumption. This work aims to propose a set of factors that can influence the use of cryptocurrencies as a form of payment for tourist services based on a systematic review of the literature, added to a bibliometric review of the academic production found, aiming to deepen this field of discussion in the context of tourism. As a methodological strategy, a systematic review was carried out on the topic "Cryptocurrencies", more specifically "Adoption of Cryptocurrencies". From this, 47 scientific articles were analyzed. Through the compilation and understanding of the studies analyzed, the systematic review contributed to the proposition of a set of factors: perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude, diversity of transaction resources, perceived security, regulatory support, personal innovation and social influence, which may interfere with the intention of a cryptocurrency user to use them to pay for tourist services, which will be tested in future research. The proposed set of factors is designed to consider characteristics of cryptocurrencies that allow researchers and practitioners to gain insights into the factors that influence acceptance and intention to use cryptocurrencies.
