摘要
The Eu2+/Eu3+ co-doped Ba2La8(SiO4)6O2 phosphors were synthesized via the high-temperature solid-state reaction method. The crystal structure and electronic properties of Ba2La8(SiO4)6O2 were investigated. Furthermore, a systematic study was conducted on the photoluminescence characteristics of Ba2La8(SiO4)6O2: Eu(2+, 3+) as well as the potential energy transfer mechanism from Eu2+ to Eu3+. Temperature sensing can be achieved through two methods, either monitoring the emission intensity of the phosphor or utilizing the fluorescence intensity ratio technique. The investigation results suggest that the synthesized phosphor exhibits promising potential as a luminescent thermometer.
