摘要
An analytical investigation is conducted on forced convection in a parallel plate channel filled with a bidisperse porous medium (BDPM). The flow and temperature fields are studied for both the fluid phase and solid phase using the twovelocity two-temperature model, taking into consideration the convective boundary condition at the channel walls and the momentum slip. The governing equations are nondimensionalized and solved using the homotopy analysis method (HAM) to determine the velocity and temperature profiles for both phases. The study reveals that the increase in temperature for the solid phase is significantly greater than that of the fluid phase. The effects of different parameters, including the Darcy number, Biot number, slip parameter, and Brinkman number, on the velocity, temperature, Nusselt number, and skin friction are also analyzed.
