摘要
This study examines the importance of 'innovation capability' in modern organizations and its potential to enhance business performance in the era of Industry 4.0. Data was collected from 57 Kazakhstani firms through an online survey. The study utilized structural equation modeling to analyze the relationships between innovation capability and business performance indicators. The findings reveal a positive link between a firm's ability to innovate and its business performance. Technologies that facilitate and foster innovation have been identified as having a significant impact on organizational performance when compared to other factors, including structured processes, employee skillsets, and leadership support. Consequently, the findings strongly recommend that organizations prioritize their investments in innovation-enabling technologies, such as mobile learning and interactive communication, to improve their market position and financial performance. The study underscores the importance of adopting these technologies as a crucial driver of success in today's competitive landscape.
