Der Begriff Telemedizin steht f & uuml;r das Erbringen einer medizinischen Leistung & uuml;ber einen r & auml;umlichen oder zeitlichen Versatz. Die Telemedizin ist ein Teilbereich der E-Health und erbringt medizinische Leistungen mithilfe von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien. Mittlerweile existieren viele telemedizinische Ans & auml;tze, um die medizinische Versorgung und die Behandlungsqualit & auml;t auch in der Palliative Care zu verbessern.
