摘要：

TAVR procedures performed with new-generation balloon-expandable and self-expanding valves had comparable in-hospital outcomes in the Brazilian RIBAC-NT registry. Center and operator volumes have an impact on TAVR outcomes; this makes a point to opt for highvolume centralized TAVR centres. The future will tell whether comparative TAVR studies are truly meaningful in an era of a more patient-tailored TAVR approach and device choice.
