摘要
In order to solve the defect of transverse cracks in cement stabilized macadam base, expansive body is produced to compensate cracks by the interaction of titanium gypsum and fly ash. We carry out road performance tests in four aspects: unconfined compressive strength, dynamic modulus of resilience, fatigue test, and small-scale full-scale test. The experimental results show that the unconfined compressive strength, dynamic modulus of resilience, and fatigue properties decrease with the increase of the content of titanium gypsum, not the higher the content, the better. Therefore, through indoor pavement performance experiments, the best mixing proportion can be obtained to meet the requirements of road base construction technical specifications; it can be seen from the full-scale test in the model box that there is an obvious expansion trend after adding titanium gypsum. Expansion increases the internal compactness and internal stress, so the crack resistance of water-stabilized base is greatly improved.
