摘要
This paper investigates the determinants of job crafting behavior among Indonesian lecturers by involving electronic human resource management (e-HRM) practices and job resources as well as organization-based self-esteem as the mediating variables. The study employs structural equation modeling to predict the linkage between variables. The data were taken from 368 Indonesian lecturers at both private and state universities in East Java. The results indicate that the hypothesized model shows e-HRM practices and job resources as having a significant positive effect on lecturers' job crafting behaviors. Furthermore, organization-based self-esteem plays a partial mediating role in the relationship. Theoretical and managerial implications are presented in this paper.
