摘要：
Nierenzellkarzinome neigen nach chirurgischer Entfernung zu Rezidiven und Fernmetastasen. Seit 2021 steht mit dem PD-1-Antik & ouml;rper (Anti-programmed death 1) Pembrolizumab eine neue Therapieoption zur Verf & uuml;gung. Jetzt wurden die 4-Jahres-Daten der KEYNOTE-564-Studie ver & ouml;ffentlicht, die auch im Langzeitverlauf gute Effekte der Substanz zeigten.
