摘要
One of the main conditions for the development of transportation along the Northern Sea Route today is the implementation of infrastructure projects of the marine economic complex. It is necessary to have an adequate volume of systematic studies of environmental factors, the development and improvement of a methodology for comprehensive environmental impact assessment. The task of rational use of natural resources of the coastal zone is connect with the development of geoecological principles for managing the development and functioning of the marine complex of the waters of the Northern Sea Route. There is no generally accepted methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the impact of the marine complex on the waters and coastal territories of the Northern Sea Route. The existing methods of impact of a water transport facility do not reflect the specifics of the impact of the marine complex and are often reduce to a compensation option for the damage caused. Solving geo-ecological problems involves the use of a large amount of data, and therefore it is advisable to use geo-information systems and mathematical modeling methods. The authors substantiate approaches to obtaining comprehensive quantitative assessments of the ecological state of the environment and the reactions of ecological systems to man-made impacts, which will make a significant contribution to solving the problem of ensuring long-term and sustainable exploitation of marine resources, taking into account strategic planning of socio-economic development of coastal territories.
