摘要
The paper presented is a scientific result of a mixed investigation with preponderance in the qualitative that addresses doctoral training at the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas based on the analysis of the principles of inclusion and equity in the doctoral programs taken as samples with the purpose of achieving sustainable development. The results obtained show that doctoral programs offer ample opportunities for postgraduate improvement in various spheres, origins and nationalities, guaranteeing the precept of continuous training and the social responsibility of the university, regardless of gender, age group, color of skin, place of residence or professional areas of work performance. Likewise, the training of doctors in the university faculty is evidenced as a prioritized task in order to maintain their excellence. For its realization, theoretical methods were used: historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, systematization; empirical methods: document analysis, analysis of the discourse, interviews and observation. With the information obtained, the methodological triangulation was carried out to guarantee the reliability and rigor of the results. Its objective is to: Show the relevance of the principles of inclusion and equity in doctoral training for sustainable development.
