摘要
In this work is presented the study and analysis of the degradation of encapsulated organic solar cells with an inverted architecture (iOSCs) based on PM6:Y7 in the blend of the active layer without any additive. PDINO and MoO3 are used as electron and hole transport layers (ETL/HTL), respectively, the iOSCs are fabricated under partially air environment using spin coating and thermal evaporation techniques. The maximum obtained power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the devices is 9.42%. The long-term operational stability test of the encapsulated iOSCs is performed following the ISOS D-1 protocols up to 1450 h. The times to reach 90%, and 80% of the initial PCE of the iOSCs (T-90 and T-80) are 560 h, 1450 h, respectively. The analysis showed that V-OC is the most stable parameter during the degradation analysis.
