摘要
Nowadays, it is increasingly necessary to have studies and research that clearly reflect the reality of women and men, the gaps that persist in our society, since they constitute an essential element for achieving development and social justice. In this sense, it is essential to promote the gender perspective as a mechanism that allows us to notice the discriminatory effects that are associated with the social and cultural constructions of men and women. The purpose of this article is to reflect on the executive<acute accent>s policy in the Higher Education system, where the gender perspective crosses all the processes that take place within it. It is analyzed from a theoretical conceptual perspective since this will be the mechanism that will allow us to notice the gender gaps and the manifestations of inequality that exist; meanwhile, it will investigate the causes and origins of these inequities, proposing ways and methods to eliminate them.
