摘要
. The article presents a proprietary mobile application named Utibi. The main goal of the Utibi app is to assist in finding and connecting people with similar interests and activities, as well as forming new friendships and relationships. Utibi relies on modern technologies used for managing social relationships. Every user of the application is described by a set of personality traits, strengths, values, interests, and things they want to improve on. The scientific novelty is the implementation of a proprietary matching algorithm based on a modified version of collaborative filtering. The task of the algorithm is to effectively match and connect groups of people with similar characteristics and needs according to current psychological knowledge.
