摘要
It is of great significance to conduct dynamic risk assessments on the operating situation of dangerous goods transportation vehicles to effectively prevent dangerous goods transport accidents and improve the safety level of dangerous goods road transport. In order to construct a dynamic risk map of dangerous goods transportation vehicles, considering the availability of safety monitoring data for dangerous goods transportation vehicles, the dynamic risk assessment index system of dangerous goods transportation vehicles was constructed from four perspectives: human factors, dangerous goods related factors, environmental factors, and management factors. At the same time, we established a dynamic risk assessment method for road transportation of dangerous goods considering the time-varying characteristics of the number of road transportation accidents of dangerous goods, and the impact factors of accident consequences based on population distribution. Using this method, a risk map can be developed to track the safety status of dangerous goods transportation vehicles in transit in real time to provide support for the safety supervision of dangerous goods transportation vehicles.
