Intra-City Crowdsourcing Logistics Research Based on Tripartite Evolutionary Game

Express delivery business volume and intra-city express service is growing significantly with the development of e-commerce. The appearance of the crowdsourced logistics mode seems an opportunity to ease the pressure of city express service. Using the three-party evolution game method, a three-party game model of crowdsourced platforms, retailers, and crowdsourced parttime deliverymen was established. The impacts of correlative parameters on tripartite selection were studied by performing numerical simulations using MATLAB. Results show that for all the tripartite choices to converge to the ideal state, the initial scale of retailers and part-time deliverymen should exceed the critical scale, the subsidies given to retailers and part-time deliverymen should be within a reasonable range, and an advanced effective advertising campaign should be made by platform to accumulate enough potential benefits. The research provides forward-looking suggestions for the strategy formulation of crowdsourced platform and helps to improve the efficiency of the intra-city logistics.
