摘要:
This study explores the significance of the Corpus Iuris Civilis, a monumental Roman legal codification by Emperor Justinian. It aimed to blend ancient and contemporary legal systems, benefiting practitioners and scholars. The study covers post-classical Roman law, Ius and leges, and earlier legal collections integrated into the Corpus Iuris Civilis. It analyzes the Codex, Digesta, Institutiones, Novellae, Quinquaginta decisions, and Corpus Repetitae Praelectionis, with a focus on interpolations. The paper concludes by examining the lasting influence of the Corpus Iuris Civilis. The research methods employed include historical research, textual analysis, and comparative analysis to understand its impact on Roman law.
