摘要
This study aims to provide an overview of the Learning Analytics (LA) implementation process and to explore faculty members' perceptions of the use of Moodle LA tools in their teaching practices. It seeks to identify the benefits and challenges of implementing LA and provide insights into how faculty members perceive the use of Moodle LA tools in their teaching. Understanding these perceptions and challenges will assist in developing effective strategies to promote the use of LA and ultimately improve student learning outcomes. The paper reviews existing literature on LA implementation and faculty member perceptions and analyzes data from a survey. The study finds that developing a comprehensive strategy for implementing LA is crucial, as faculty members face various challenges such as lack of understanding, time, and motivation. Also, prerequisites like the need for constant Moodle course activities for using LA tools can be difficult. The study also suggests the 4 steps LA implementation strategy and the need for regular communication and training to enhance faculty members' skills and awareness of LA benefits.
