摘要
This article presents a 0.01 V input passive radio frequency resonant receiver (RF-RRx) for wireless power transfer systems with passive voltage gain (DC). Traditional passive circuits for voltage gain only work above the threshold voltage without selectivity. In the proposed passive RF resonant receiver system, the Tesla coil resonator matches similar to 50 Omega impedance at the resonance frequency. The tesla coil's high-quality factor (Q) at the resonant improves the selectivity of the system. The proposed receiver system architecture works for the wireless-powered system under an input of 0.1 V with a passive voltage gain (DC) of 32dB. The high selectivity and gain of the proposed passive RF-RRx system are better than state-of-the-art architectures.
