摘要
Accessibility in emergency systems is critical for ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals, especially those with disabilities. This paper addresses the challenge of designing an emergency mobile application that is fully accessible and focused on individuals with disabilities. With the participation of 65 users with different disabilities, the limitations of current systems are analyzed, and innovative solutions are proposed. Through an inclusive approach, requirements are identified by considering different perspectives (users, standards, laws, emergency services). Following this holistic approach has led to valuable contributions by identifying essential user requirements not included in other perspectives. This work contributes to the field of accessible emergency system design, offering an integral perspective and following a user-centred and inclusive design approach to enhance accessibility and response in critical situations.
