UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS OF THE BUSINESS CAREERS OF THE STATE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF QUEVEDO

The process of professionalization of teachers from undergraduate training is considered an essential aspect in the process of continuous training as a professional. However, in the career of Marxism-Leninism and History of the "Hermanos Sa & iacute;z Montes de Oca" University of Pinar del R & iacute;o, there are difficulties in this process, which is manifested in deficiencies of the students in the formation and development of ways of thinking. professional performance, which allow them to insert themselves in a creative and socially responsible way in the workplace. It constitutes the main objective of this work: to characterize the current state of the professionalization process in the students of this career in the aforementioned educational institution. A set of methods were used that were based on the dialectical -materialist, which became the methodological platform on which the research was built. The main results are focused on providing the regularities that characterize this formative process during undergraduate training. Thus, the diagnosis of the professionalization process at this stage acquires an essential meaning because from its results the bases are laid for the design of the learning of the profession as a starting point for future performance.
