摘要
By 2050, 1.6 billion people on earth will be over 65 years old, according to estimates. The WHO sees a clear gap between life expectancy and a healthy life in old age. Numerous intervention methods are intended to enable long-term independence and social participation. The systematic review and network meta-analysis with 74,946 participants identified community-based complex measures that had positive, but in some cases also negative, effects.
