Eine schwedische Arbeitsgruppe untersuchte, inwieweit bei Patient*innen mit osophagusvarizenblutungen eine leitliniengerechte Behandlung erfolgte und ob damit eine Verbesserung in der Mortalitatsrate erkennbar ist. Schlie ss lich sollten Risikofaktoren fur die untersuchten Endpunkte Tod und Lebertransplantation identifiziert werden.
