Research on the Safety Influence of Subway Shield Method Crossing Existing High-speed Railway Frame Bridge

Research purposes: With the development of high-speed railway and urban rail transit, subway crossing the existing high-speed railway bridge often occurs, it is necessary to evaluate the deformation and structure safety of the existing high-speed railway bridge. Through the detection and analysis of a high-speed railway frame bridge before the subway construction, based on the standard, using the finite element analysis, combined with the operation performance test of railway frame, it provides a basis for the numerical simulation calculation of subway excavation, to evaluate the safety influence of shield tunneling underneath existing high-speed railway frame bridge. Research conclusions:(1) In the calculation, it is determined that the influence of the subway shield excavation on the existing high-speed railway frame bridge is small. Through the field measurement of the bridge structure natural vibration frequency under the most unfavorable conditions, the vibration amplitude, acceleration and dynamic deflection under the train load and other parameters test, the operation safety of the bridge is evaluated comprehensively, and the reliability of the numerical simulation calculation is verified. Through the theoretical analysis and field measurement, the safety impact of the subway shield tunneling underneath the existing high-speed railway frame bridge is evaluated. (2) By analyzing the additional influence of subway shield construction on existing bridges, the safety of existing bridge structure is evaluated, and the conclusions and suggestions are drawn, so as to avoid the risk. © 2021, Editorial Department of Journal of Railway Engineering Society.
