摘要
The production of technical systems requires a high degree of adaptability in times of supply bottlenecks, personnel shortages and fluctuating demand. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate whether collaborative lightweight robots (HRC-Robots) can be used as a compensatory option in an economically viable way for complex handling operations, such as bin-picking. Within the scope of a systematic suitability analysis, it was shown that the achieved cycle time of 7.84 seconds for the separation and assembly of a joint nozzle could not yet meet industrial requirements of 3 to 4 s. However, further optimization could reduce this time to approximately 4.60 s and thus almost to the required interval. © 2023 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston, Germany.
