摘要
The rapid development of agricultural technology has led to increased investment in this field, but evaluating a company's innovation capability remains a complex issue. This article proposed a fuzzy theory -based evaluation method for agricultural technology enterprises, introducing the basic concepts and principles of fuzzy theory. The evaluation index system under fuzzy element theory was proposed to improve traditional fuzzy theory. The weight combination calculation of the entropy weight method and grey correlation coefficient method was used to complete the complementary integration empirical mode decomposition of evaluation indicators. A complete FCE innovation capability evaluation model was established and compared for compliance, actual value comparison, and robustness analysis using public data. The empirical results showed that the fuzzy evaluation method can objectively and accurately evaluate enterprises' innovation ability, with consistent trends of change. This method was designed according to the characteristics of agricultural science and technology enterprises, providing scientific and reasonable evaluation plans for sustainable development and innovation in the industry.
