摘要
The design and development of nanomaterials related to conjugated polymers have triggered great interest in both academic and industrial research due to their unique physicochemical properties. However, synthesizing hybridized conjugated polymeric nanomaterials in a controlled environment remains challenging. Aromatic amines are a class of conjugated polymers possessing competitive properties due to their structural flexibility. In this regard, we report the one-pot synthesis of m-phenylenediamine (mPD) hybrid nanostructures in the presence of transitional metal ions, such as Zn, Mo, Ti, V, and W, at room temperature. These hybrid nanostructures revealed varied morphological properties, such as nanosheets, nanofibers, and nanoflowers. Furthermore, the bare fluorescence of the isomer was observed to be enhanced in the presence of hybrid formation due to the electron transition between the metallic ions and the free amine group in the isomer. The electrochemical studies reveal improved pseudocapacitive behavior of these nanomaterials. Findings exhibit not only the inherent characteristics of mPD but also portray the behavior of self-organization of the monomer in the presence of transition metals. Furthermore, the hybrid material with an intense fluorescence property was exploited for flutamide detection at a range of 0.05-4.7 mu M with a limit of detection of 5.7 nM. Our study provides a strategy for hybridizing aromatic amine-based nanomaterials for multiple applications.
