Die Pravalenzraten von peripartalen Depressionen und Angstzustanden zeigen eine steigende Tendenz und gehen regelhaft mit ungunstigen Folgen fur die Mutter und ihr Neugeborenes einher. Hassdenteufel et al. wollten in diesem Kontext wissen, ob ein elektronisches und auf den Prinzipien der Achtsamkeit basierendes Interventionsprogramm (eMBI) die psychische Gesundheit von Schwangeren starken kann, und haben eine Studie zum Thema durchgefuhrt.
